ISIAP Member Certificate
Each ISIAP Member receives a member certificate. This certificate is free and is valid for a period of One (1) year. Renewal is also free at this time.
Cost: Free for 2024. PDF Certificate.

1. Must be a member in good standing of ISIAP.org


Five Nines Annual Award Certificate
The ISIAP.org Five Nines Annual Award Certificate is available to any Infrastructure professional who is an Administrator or Team Member responsible for an Information Technology Infrastructure (Named Infrastructure) that has been online continuously for the past 365 days.
Cost: Free for 2024. PDF Certificate.

Requirements:
1. Must be a member in good standing of ISIAP.org
2. Must be directly associated with the Named Infrastructure which has been nearly continually available and in-production for the preceding 365 Days.
• “Five Nines” is defined as having less than 5.26 minutes of downtime in a 365-day period
3. Must self-attest to the availability of Named Infrastructure(s) by e-signature during application
4. One (1) colleague, client or supervisor must confirm your achievement by clicking on an email link attesting to the availability of systems for which you are applying.
5. The process is automatic and you will receive your Award Certificate as soon as you are validated by your references.


Five Nines 5-Year Award Certificate
The ISIAP.org Five Nines Annual Award Certificate is available to any Infrastructure professional who is an Administrator or Team Member responsible for an Information Technology Infrastructure (Named Infrastructure) that has been online continuously for the past 5-years.

Requirements:
1. Must be a member in good standing of ISIAP.org
2. Must be directly associated with the Named Infrastructure which has been nearly continually available and in-production for the preceding 5-years.
• “Five Nines” is defined as having less than 26.3 minutes of downtime in a 5-year period
3. Must self-attest to the availability of Named Infrastructure(s) by e-signature during application
4. Five (5) colleagues, clients or supervisors must confirm your achievement by clicking on an email link attesting to the availability of systems for which you are applying.
5. The process is automatic and you will receive your Award Certificate as soon as you are validated by your references.


Infrastructure Availability Design Certification (IADC)
ISIAP.org board members and certified contractors will review your Infrastructure design and for true N+1 redundancy of Infrastructure Systems (diversity as opposed to dependency).
If N+1 redundancy is found for the following elements, ISIAP.org will certify the design:
• Power
• Network
• Storage (SAN/NAS)
• Compute
Cost: Design Certification: $500, includes the use of logo and certificate (PDF)

Requirements:
1. Must be a member in good standing of ISIAP.org
2. For review by ISIAP.org you will need to supply
• Visio or other network diagram
• Power Systems blueprint or wiring diagram
• Any other relevant design documents or photos which confirm N+1 in your design.
We do not accept vendor quotes, PO’s or invoices as part of the review process.
3. In no way will ISIAP.org ever ask for or store password or security-sensitive information about your Infrastructure.
4. ISIAP.org board members and/or certified contractors may refer questions via email that you need to answer.
5. You will receive your Award Certificate as soon as you are validated by ISIAP.org board members and certified contractors, usually within days of submitting the design.
Following the IADC, you will receive a certificate and the right to use our “Certified Design” logo on documents you have submitted for review.


Infrastructure Availability Certified Deployment
ISIAP.org board members and/or certified contractors will review your Infrastructure deployment for true N+1 redundancy of Infrastructure Systems (diversity as opposed to dependency).
If N+1 redundancy is found for the following elements, ISIAP.org will certify the design:
• Power
• Network
• Storage (SAN/NAS)
• Compute
Cost: Design Certification: $1,000, includes the use of logo and certificate (PDF)

Requirements:
1. Must be a member in good standing of ISIAP.org
2. For review by ISIAP.org you will need to supply:
• Automatic or manual inventories of deployed systems document N+1 redundancy such as:
i. Screenshots
ii. Spreadsheets with documented N+1 redundancy
iii. Automatically generated output such as Roboware.net’s RVtools or Passler’s PRTG
• Any other relevant design documents or photos which confirm N+1 in your design.
We do not accept vendor quotes, PO’s or invoices as part of the review process.
3. In no way will ISIAP.org ever ask for or store password or security-sensitive information about your Infrastructure.
4. ISIAP.org board members and/or certified contractors will need to meet with you or a designated Administrator using remote meeting software to go over the supplied materials and connect to management of systems.
5. You will receive your Award Certificate as soon as you are validated by ISIAP.org board members and/or certified contractors, usually within days of the meeting.
Following the IADC, you will receive a Certificate and the right to use our “Certified Deployment” logo on documents you have submitted for review.

Information Technology Infrastructure are those systems which contain the following components in an integrated redundant configuration, and which can be named to a location or location(s):
• Network
• Storage (SAN or NAS)
• Compute
• Power
Named Infrastructure: Any IT Infrastructure capable of functioning as a standalone system.
